Severus Alexander AD 222-235. Denarius (AR; 18-19mm; 3.30g; 12h) Eastern mint, 2nd issue, 222. IMP C M AVR SEV ALEXAM (sic) AVG Laureate, cuirassed and draped bust of Elagabal to right. Rev. AE-QVIT-A-S AVG Aequitas draped, standing front, head left, holding scales in right hand and cornucopiae in left; in field left, star.

Strange obverse inscription: ALEXAM instead of ALEXANDER.
